Positive Affirmation #6
“If you’ve got somebody’s aspects in your experience that you don’t like, there’s only one reason they’re there. You keep evoking them with your attention to them”

You will have to deal with difficulty if you think about it.
It takes time to settle the dust after a storm but always thinking about the storm will not be helpful. People say that we should never forget the difficult.
My question is “Why we should even remember the difficult time?”
Unconsciously thinking about negative events evoke them. So let’s just think about the happy moments and cherish life.
Great advice 👏

This is true but I got a contrasting theory Doc, In my personal opinion based on personal life events, I’ve found out that negative things inspire me quite a lot of times. Though we should make sure we have enough positivity. Quite an effective and informative blog i must say. Keep up the amazing work.

Every person is unique and so is their motivational drive. If anything inspires you to be better person, then follow it. Infact very few realise their actual motivating factor.

That’s true.

No doubt positive thoughts are good, but it’s better if we ignore both positive and negative thoughts.

That’s a good suggestion. Leading a neutral life. But our emotions drive our thoughts and evoke any random memory at times. Will definitely try to be neutral.

It is always best to accept both favourable as well as unfavourable outcome as the way it is. Unsaticefactoriness starts when we desire favourable outcome.

Best of both worlds. And at the same time knowing where to focus more. 😇
